• Systems integration. Sigma can assist with integrating the Platform within an operator environment. This includes both ad insertion points (i.e., developing channel adapters) and back-end intergration; for example, data feeds to support ad-sponsored (free or subsidized) services.
• Advertising operations. Sigma can put operators in touch with ad sales channels and assist in developing advertising business models.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The Sigma Platform can be applied to customer management efforts. Special offers or reminder messages can be targeted to specific sets of customers, in the same way that an advertisers can target ads to customer segments.
• Data mining. Sigma Limited has extensive experience in applying data mining techniques to reduce churn, optimize services, and detect fraud. Contact us for more information.
